Lodging +
On-site lodging is dorm style with 10 bunkbeds. If you're attending with a smaller group, you may be placed with another church. Off-site lodging: some women choose to stay in nearby hotels.
Meals +
Cafeteria-style meals will be served. We cannot accommodate every allergy, but we do provide options for common allergies.
The Dream Team +
Our amazing volunteers have committed to serving at all our events throughout the year — including Fall Retreat! We couldn't do it without their sacrifice.
Policy on Children +
We love children — however, this event is designed for adults 18 and over, and we encourage you to leave your babies, husbands, and pets at home. We'll make an exception for new moms with babies under one year of age; we ask that you help us maintain a distraction-free worship environment and take advantage of our designated seating near the back. Teenagers under 18 are able to attend sessions, however we do not allow minors to lodge in dorms on campus during retreat.
Handicap Info +
Please note that the retreat campground is not fully handicap accessible. The terrain includes uneven paths, stairs, and limited paved areas, which may be challenging for those with physical limitations, wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility aids. We want all attendees to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so please reach out to us if you have specific concerns or questions about accessibility.
Thursday Night After Party +
The After Party is a great way to connect and have a blast with your friends — food, dancing, karaoke, photo booths, and so much more. 2026 theme TBD!
